Refund Policy
Our team will do their best to work with you to resolve any problems or concerns with your order. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact customer service within 10 days from date of delivery. Please include photos of the item as well as your preference for a replacement or exchange.
Items will only be eligible for a replacement if they fall into one of the following categories: defective shirt, damaged in transit. If we are not contacted within this 10-day time frame, a refund or replacement may not be issued.
Post Rock Store offers a full refund if an order is cancelled (in the manner described below) prior to the earlier of: (i) two (2) hours after the time the order is placed; and (i) the time the order is prepared for shipment. Requests to cancel an order must be made via e-mail and include a direction to cancel the order and the subject line “CANCEL ORDER”.
Due to the custom printing and limited edition nature of our products, all sales are final. Please be sure to consult the size chart (available on all product pages for convenience) before purchasing to ensure that your item will fit correctly.
